Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Service Description

Developed by an osteopathic surgeon, Craniosacral Therapy begins with assessment of the cranio-sacral rhythm. With a light touch, we observe restrictions of movement in the joints, muscles, and organ systems, and then allow them to unwind and release tension. Many clients experience a deep state of conscious relaxation during this treatment.
